Brit-Tipp’s Quality Management System (QMS) has been certified to ISO 9001 by external UKAS accredited auditors. ISO 9001 is a management standard that is recognised worldwide as a measure to demonstrate the existence of an effective QMS.
Our QMS includes a set of policies, processes and procedures which enables the effective planning and management of our business with a clear focus on delivery of service, customer satisfaction and continual improvement.
Our QMS certification is not restricted and covers all aspects of our business. By using the findings from the analysis of our QMS we are able to continually improve and thereby offer services and products to our clients which, not only meet, but exceed their expectations.
